Imagine living a life where your body, mind, and spirit are all well, conscious, and you feel vibrantly alive and happy! This authentic integration is not just an ideal; it's a path to holistic well-being and inner balance. While perfection isn't the goal, committing to enhancing your well-being, including spiritual awareness, can yield profound benefits.
Most begin by nurturing their bodies with healthy habits. Equally important is cultivating our minds by engaging in self-awareness and development to achieve better mental health. However, this doesn’t complete the project of The Shift towards full integrity. The hidden challenge is to awaken our spirits, which is the key focus of The Shift’s program.
Unlock your true potential by discovering your inner heaven or spirit, often referred to as the Buddha mind. This journey—whether you see it as Self-Realisation, the awakening of the Buddha mind, or connecting with your divine “God-created” essence—paves the way for a greater expression of your soul's innate qualities. Imagine the transformative power of expressing heavenly states of mind right here on Earth; our collective spiritual promise is to seek and express this inner happiness.
Embark on a transformative journey that amplifies your love and sparks positive change in the world. Seize this opportunity to deepen your inner journey and let your untroubled spirit shine. Join Vanessa Chan and Graeme Bradshaw as they guide you through diverse approaches to engage in this esteemed path. More of your spiritual expression awaits you!

About the Teachers
Graeme Bradshaw, the founding director of the Integrated Medicine Institute in Hong Kong. Bringing over 35 years of expertise as a naturopath, homeopath, and holistic physician, and is largely responsible for developing Integrative Medicine in the Hong Kong SAR Territory. He has practiced with and taught other physicians in functional medicine diagnostic testing, especially to identify how the microbiome and digestive conditions can influence physical and mental health.
Graeme's approach has previously focused on natural therapies for patients of all ages, but he is moving towards body-mind-spirit integration for adults at the stage of “second adulthood.” This pivotal stage allows mature individuals to seek deeper spiritual fulfillment and a new transformative direction.
Graeme's spiritual journey has led him through the teachings and ways of the Quaker’s, Yoga, the Bahai faith, Buddhism, and Christianity, each of which he has practiced over the years. Ultimately, he has returned to the roots of his earliest exposure—Christianity, instilled in him by his mother. Discover his integrative insights in the first two chapters of The Shift: Achieving Authentic Body-Mind-Spirit Integration. This excerpt provides insight into integrating the body, mind, and spirit.
